Ordering Policy
To ensure the highest quality and dedicated attention to every detail, we accept a limited number of custom commissions. By securing your date with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Our Policy
Booking & Deposits
A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all custom cake orders. Production will not begin, and your date is not locked in, until this deposit is received in full.
Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or pickup. If the final payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to delay or cancel the order.
Deliveries & Pickups
Free delivery is available exclusively within the Ballantyne area. Deliveries outside of this area may incur an additional fee based on distance. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused to the cake after it has safely left our hands via delivery or pickup.
Cancellations & Changes
All deposits and specialized custom materials purchased for your order are entirely non-refundable. Because each cake is a unique, handcrafted design, minor artistic variations may occur. Significant design changes requested after confirmation may not be possible or may incur additional fees.
